Saturday, May 16th from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., The Hightower on East Seventh will host El Mercadito, the official brunch of the eighth annual Pachanga Latino Music Festival at Fiesta Gardens. El Mercadito pays homage to the neighborhood markets that are popular in the Hispanic community, and will feature a variety of handmade goods from Austin vendors, with live music by local Latin singer Haide Grado, and Latin-inspired brunch cocktails made with fresh juice from JuiceLand.
El Mercadito’s vendor list was curated by the Hightower in conjunction with Raw Paw, an Austin creative platform dedicate to the exposure of local Austin artists through their printing press, art zines, recording studio, and live events.

The Hightower will also serve weekend brunch, including their carnitas sandwich with salsa verde, avocado, pickled shallot, pinto beans, crema and fries.
Austin’s popular Pachanga Latino Music Festival is taking place on Saturday, May 16 starting at noon. This year’s lineup features some of the biggest Latin artists, the best tacos from Austin, activities and music for kids and more.
