Peligrosa is an Austin-based DJ collective known for throwing the biggest and baddest Latin-themed electronic dance parties. Every month their residency at The Scoot Inn brings out party people from all walks of life, not just Latinos. Led by DJ Orion, Peligrosa is Hobo D, Manolo Black, DJ Dus (Corpus Christi), Pagame, Sonora (San Antonio) and King Louie.
The July installment of the monthly Peligrosa parties happens Friday night, July 20. Friday’s theme is Colombian Independence day. Celebration Colombia’s independence from Spain while dancing the night away to electronic sounds of the Caribbean, Central, South America, North America and Africa. Friday’s Peligrosa party is also a goodbye party of sorts to The Scoot Inn as Peligrosa will be throwing down at Red 7 starting in August.
The Scoot Inn is located at 1308 Navasota Street. Admission is $3 before 11 p.m. and $5 after. 21+ are welcome. The party starts at 9 p.m. Visuals will be provided by 4th Wall. Visit the official Facebook event page here.
