On Friday, Feb 11, San Antonio’s Girl In A Coma headlines “The Red Party” at Red 7. This comes after last week’s solo set at Lambert’s by frontwoman Nina Diaz last week. Diaz and company are currently performing in support of the group’s latest release, Adventures in Coverland, a covers album that includes classics from the likes of Pasty Cline and David Bowie to name a few.
Austin based bands Red Falcon and Agent Ribbons open before Paradise Titty, an all female Guns ‘N Roses tribute band perform their co-headlining set. Young Girls were just added and go on at 9:15pm. DJ Czech One will be spinning throughout the night.
Doors are 8:00pm. All ages are welcome. Advance Tickets are available for this show at www.couchprofessor.com. Those who purchase advance tickets may receive complimentary goodies and redeem your ticket stub at the goody station set up at the venue. Encourage yourself and your marida/novia/sancha to wear a red outfit and you may be rewarded with more goodies for places all over Austin. Tickets can be purchased at the door for $13. A portion of proceeds will be donated to Girls Rock Camp Austin.
