This year’s Pachanga Latino Music Festival will feature the Los Angeles multicultural rockers Ozomatli as its headliner, along with Houston rapper Chingo Bling and the nascent yet buzzed about Echocentrics—the newest project from Grammy-winning hometown hero Adrian Quesada (Grupo Fantasma, Ocote Soul Sounds).
The lineup, announced today, is Austin-heavy and includes Vida favorites like Maneja Beto, Gina Chavez and La Guerrilla. Latin hip-hop fusion band Este Vato and electro-Latino group Master Blaster Sound System, both of whom will play our Austin Vida/Bemba Entertainment showcase this Friday, are also in the lineup.
The festival will take place on Saturday, May 21, at its usual location of Fiesta Gardens in East Austin. More artists are expected to be announced later.
To purchase tickets, visit Pachanga’s official website here and keep up to date on lineup announcements on the fest’s Facebook page here.
Also, check back later today because we’ll have our own Pachanga-related announcement to make.
