Director Oliver Stone’s controversial documentary that the rest of the world has already seen, South of the Border, is coming to Texas. In South of the Border, Oliver Stone takes a road trip through five South American countries to explore the politcal and social movement currently taking place on the continent. Stone also sets out to address what he believes is the mainstream media’s misperception of South America.
In the documentary, Stone interviews Hugo Chavez of Venezuela, Evo Morales of Bolivia, Kristina Kirchner of Argentina, Argentina’s ex-president and Kristina Kirchner’s husband Nestor Kirchner, Fernando Lugo of Paraguay, Lula da Silva of Brazil, Rafael Correa of Ecuador and Raul Castro of Cuba.
