The soul quartet known as The Downtown Rulers Club will be performing tonight as part of a Wednesday series at Beauty Bar. They will be performing tonight, and again on April 14 and 28. Fronted by Maneja Beto‘s Alex Chavez, the Rulers perform original throwback-soul-style songs in English. Many of the staff have seen these guys live a few times and thoroughly enjoyed it. You know you need some soul in your life.

Doors open at 9 p.m., and the show starts at 9:30. In case you can’t make it out tonight, you have two more opportunities in April to catch them. For the show tonight and on April 28, DJ Chorizo Funk will be spinning after their set. There is no cover and Beauty Bar is 21+.
